People, this is what my Friday nights have come to. I spent the night organizing, labeling, and taking inventory of our food storage, Woohoo! I was at the grocery store at 10:30 p.m. loading up on rice and buckets- I wanted to yell "the end is near" to all the people staring and wondering why I was doing this so late on a Friday night. Dave doesn't understand why I seem to get a burst of energy just as everyone else is going to bed, but sometimes I get my best work done when the house is quiet. The sad news is, after doing the computations, I figure I might only have a third of the recommended amounts!! I really thought I was closer than that, but I never stopped to figure it out. Aaargh.
